Zwei Freundinnen in einem Schrottauto, bester Freund und beste Freundin im Mittelklassewagen. Beide Autos sind unterwegs zum Ski-opening. In einem Auto herrscht völlige Harmonie, doch als Maxi ein Geheimnis, das schon lange auf ihren Schultern lastet, endlich lüftet, herrscht dicke Luft.
Im anderen Auto führt ein Geständnis dazu, dass die angespannte Stimmung sich in Harmonie doch zur selben Zeit in Nachdenklichkeit wandelt. Die Wege der vier Protagonisten kreuzen sich auf ihrer Reise auf diversen Raststationen, und am Ende landen sie sogar im selben Auto. Endlich scheint Ruhe in das emotionale Chaos eingekehrt zu sein, doch unter der Oberfläche brodelt es weiter – bis etwas Unerwartetes die vier Schicksale in völlig andere Bahnen lenkt.

Description:
Two girl friends in a junk car, best friend and best girl friend in a medium sized vehicle. Both cars are on their way to the opening of the ski season. In one of the cars there is perfect harmony, yet when Maxi at last discloses a secret that has been weighing on her shoulders for a long time, troubles begin to brew. In the other car, a confession leads to the change of the tense mood into harmony and, at the same time, to thoughtfulness. The paths of the four protagonists intersect at various resting areas and finally they all end up in the same car. At last the emotional chaos seems to have eased, but under the surface it is bubbling on, when suddenly something completely unexpected pulls the fates of the four apart.
